Do your diffuses come with warranty?
Yes, all our ultrasonic and nebulizing diffusers come with 12 month warranty and 14 day money back guarantee. Any damage caused by the customer (i.e over filling the diffusers, physical damage, adding too much essential oil, poor or inappropriate maintenance etc) will result the warranty to be void.
Our commitment to you doesn't stop at the checkout. We are committed to providing you the best possible product and experience. If you have any trouble using or setting up your diffusers, feel free to let us know. We will get in contact with you via email or over the phone to assist you as much as we can.
Does it come with auto shut off feature?
Yes, all our diffusers have the auto shut off feature when the water runs out. This is to ensure the safety of our customers.
How much essential oils do I put in my diffuser?
It is recommended that 3-5 drops of essential oils per 100ml of water. Depending on how strong you want the scent to be. Adding too much essential oil may cause the diffuser to corrode. It is important to note that certain essential oils such as Lemon, Oregano, Cinnamon, Wintergreen and Basil are erosive, hence it is best to put only a small amount.
Does D:FUSE offer items at wholesale?
Yes, we do, however there is a criteria that must be met. The prices will depend on the quantity and frequency.
