Shipping
Here at D:FUSE NZ, we use a variety of different couriers to provide the best delivery network to our customers. Orders are picked up everyday and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!
Please note that certain orders may require extra processing time for various reasons, these include address verification, payments, rural addresses, limited edition products, sold-out items, pre-orders, large orders and NZ public holidays.
Shipping Fee (NZ Wide):
Flat delivery rate of $9.80 on orders under $99
Free Shipping on orders $99 or more
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery is within 1-3 business days in the North Island and 2-7 business days in the South Island once dispatched.
Note: There may be longer delivery times at certain times of the year, and we will announce this information on the top banner on our website. We thank you for your patience during these periods.
Returns
We strive to produce top quality products and have excellent customer service. However there are sometimes errors that arise such as a defective/damaged product or the wrong items being sent. In the case of a wrong or defective/damaged product, we will exchange your product(s) and reimburse your shipping fee to return the product(s).
If you feel a product you received has a defect/error, please provide a photo or video in your email for documentation and we will replace the item as soon as we can.
