Returns and Refund Policy
Here at D:FUSE NZ, we use a variety of different couriers to provide the best delivery network to our customers. Orders are picked up everyday and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!
Please note that certain orders may require extra processing time for various reasons, these include address verification, payments, rural addresses, limited edition products, sold-out items, pre-orders, large orders and NZ public holidays.
Prices (NZ Wide):
Larger Items (e.g Diffuser): $6.89
Smaller Items (e.g Essential Oils): $4.89
Approximate delivery times (during business hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:
NZ North Island Target - Overnight
NZ South Island Target - 2 Business days
NZ Rural: We aim for 2 business days however depending on your location it may take 3 business days
Note: There may be longer delivery times at certain times of the year, and we will announce this information on the top banner on our website. We thank you for your patience during these periods.

Australia: $9.90 + $2.99 for each additional item ( Target 2-9 days)
Please note, essential oils cannot be shipped to Australia as it is a flammable item.
As all orders are shipped directly from New Zealand, it is important to know that you as the customer, may be susceptible to customs fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you live in. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
Payment of these fees may be required in order for you to get your products released from customs.
D:FUSE NZ has no control over customs and import tax.
We strive to produce top quality products and have excellent customer service. However there are sometimes errors that arise such as a defective/damaged product or the wrong items being sent. In the case of a wrong or defective/damaged product, we will exchange your product(s) and provide a return label for you to print out for the courier to collect.
If you feel a product you received has a defect/error, please provide a photo in your email for documentation and we will replace the item as soon as we can.
