The essential oil of Ylang Ylang is derived from the fresh flowers of the tropical Ylang Ylang tree. Ylang Ylang has a very delicate, sweet and floral scent. It is used in many perfumes and cosmetic products. This natural floral scent is not only pleasant, but also helps to uplift mood, release tension and help with stress reduction. It blends especially well with Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon and Lavender.

Uses:
Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to your bath to enjoy the benefits
Diffusion: Add a few drops to your diffuser per 100ml
Massage: Mix with carrier oils for a calming and relaxing massage
