Why don’t you get ready for a good sleep while indulging yourself in the rich floral aroma in the bath or by getting a massage? This recipe will be an excellent introduction to your bedtime after having a hard working day. 

Good Sleep Bath Blend: As essential oils won’t be dissolved in water, if you put them in the bath on its own, it can irritate your skin. Combine the essential oils with Sweet Almond Oil and then add it to the bath. This will help you moisturise your body, too.

5-10ml Sweet Almond Oil

2 drops Lavender

1 drop Geranium

1 drop Ylang Ylang

Good Sleep Massage Blend: By getting a massage, you can have a calm mind and relaxed body thanks to the many benefits of massaging which include reducing stress, easing muscle tension and improving blood circulation.

20ml Sweet Almond Oil

2 drops Lavender

1 drop Geranium

1 drop Ylang Ylang

*If you have sensitive skin, combine the same amount of the essential oils with 40ml of Sweet Almond Oil.

You can also use the same amount of essential oils per 100ml of water for diffusing. (Please do not add Sweet Almond Oil in the diffuser to avoid clogging it.)

This stack/set saves you $10 and includes:
- 100ml Sweet Almond Oil
- 10ml Lavender
- 10ml Geranium
- 10ml Ylang Ylang
