DIY - Safe and easy way to make and enjoy aromatherapy mask

Do you love wearing a face mask? Well, maybe not. Some of you may be feeling uncomfortable without being able to breathe in fresh air. Then, why not try an aromatherapy face mask? With this mask, you can enjoy the aroma of the essential oil as well as the benefits of it even while you are waiting in a supermarket queue. This will be another great way to enjoy aromatherapy. Here is the safest and easiest way for you to make and use aromatherapy masks. 

In order to make the masks, you will need:

  • A couple of face masks
  • Essential oil of your choice
  • 2 cotton pads or 1 tissue
  • 1 zip lock bag

How to create an aromatherapy face mask

1. Place a drop of essential oil of your choice on a cotton pad and cover the wet side with the other cotton pad. If using a tissue, do the same and then fold it to cover the oil.

2. Put face masks & the cotton pads (or tissue) in a zip lock bag and leave the bag for a day or overnight to let the scent soak in
