With its strong cleansing and purifying capabilities, the grapefruit essential oil is often used by many topically (blended with a carrier oil) to promote clear, smooth and healthy looking skin. Grapefruit is also renowned for its metabolic capabilities, helping to support a healthy metabolism. It blends well with Rosemary, Lavender, Geranium, Peppermint, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, Ylang Ylang and all citrus fruit oils.

Uses:

• Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Grapefruit essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and it to your bath to enjoy the benefits of the grapefruit essential oil
• Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops (per 100ml of water) to your diffuser
• Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops of Grapefruit essential oil with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of a carrier oil for a calming and relaxing massage
• Skin Care:  Add 4 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil (dilute further for sensitive skin)
