Uses:
Bath: Add 5 to 8 drops to your bath to enjoy the benefits of Ginger

Massage: Add to with fractionated coconut oil for a calming and relaxing massage
Menstrual Cramps:  Add 1 drop with a carrier oil and rub onto affected areas
